HiWay2LLM is a smart LLM router built and operated by Mytm-Group SAS, a French software studio. We ship infra for teams that already spend real money on LLM inference and want that bill to stop growing linearly with their product.
Mission
Most LLM requests don't need the most expensive model. A "hello" doesn't need Opus at $25/M output tokens — Haiku at $5/M handles it perfectly. Yet most production apps blindly send everything to their flagship model. That's 40–85% of the bill burned for nothing.
HiWay2LLM scores every request for complexity in under a millisecond and routes it to the cheapest capable model in your BYOK roster. Nothing to rewrite, no prompt engineering tax, no lock-in.

How we make money
Flat subscription for the routing layer. Inference is billed separately on your provider accounts — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Groq, DeepSeek. We apply zero markup on tokens.
Plans start at €0/mo (100K requests) and scale to €249/mo (5M requests) with enterprise contracts on request. We only win when you save.

Why we built it
We were running agents in production for our own clients. The bill doubled every quarter. We tried prompt compression, caching, smaller models — all worth doing, all insufficient. The structural fix was to put a router in front of the provider and let it decide, per request, which model was good enough.
We built one. It cut our own bill by 60%. We figured other teams would want the same thing — so we packaged it. That's HiWay2LLM.
